Feedback from Social Media Junction
We have collated the 130 feedback forms from the conference (approximately 70% of delegates). We used the following rating system:
5 – Outstanding; 4 – Good; 3 – Satisfactory; 2 – Poor; 1 – Very Poor
And these were the average scores for the questions asked:
- Was the overall conference relevant? 4.38
- Was the content stimulating? 4.18
- Did the content meet your expectations? 4.23
- Would you recommend the conference to a colleague? 4.21
- Did you think the conference was well priced? 3.7
- What did you think of the venue? 4.32
- What did you think of the refreshments provided? 4.29
We are delighted with the feedback received. We have made notes of all suggested improvements (both from the forms and anecdotally) and look forward to achieving even better scores next time.
